Detecto’s stainless steel PZ3000 digital food ingredient scales feature totally touchless zeroing of each ingredient for more sanitary conditions and faster prepping. The scales allow convenient units switching between most used measurements and each measurement can easily be turned off.
This ingredient scale, with large 0.7 inch high LCD digits, features an AC adapter or battery operation with up to 50 hours of continuous use. Non-skid feet allow it to remain steady on slippery surfaces and optional foot tare and mountable pushbutton switches are available.
Models PZ3015, PZ3015L and PZ3030 feature a remote display with a swivel-mount bracket for table or wall mount while the model PZ3060 comes standard with a bracket for mounting the display on the front of the scale base.
